How do I choose the right size for my wrist?

The best way is to use a measuring tape. Wrap it comfortably around your wrist and note where it meets.

If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a thin strip of string or paper:

  • Wrap it around your wrist
  • Mark where it meets
  • Measure the length using a ruler

Some Dreamers prefer a snug, exact fit, while others like it slightly loose. When measuring, consider how you personally want your bracelet to feel when worn.

How long before my item reaches me?

Once your order is placed, we usually take 1 to 3 working days to process and prepare it before shipping.

Delivery times after shipping are approximately:

  • Normal Mailing: 1 to 10 working days, but typically arrives in less than 3 working days.
  • Courier: 1 to 3 working days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and typically range from $9 SGD to $25 SGD (estimated).

What modes of payment are accepted?

You can make payment directly through our website via bank transfer.

Alternatively, you may choose our offline payment method via PayNow. After completing your PayNow transfer, please:

  • Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation
  • Take a screenshot of your cart items
  • DM us on Instagram: @dreamersside.sg

This helps us process your order faster and accurately.

Events & Pop-Ups

For in-person events and pop-ups, we also accept cash payments. However, we encourage bringing smaller denominations where possible, as change may be limited during busy periods.
